Return & Refund Policy

At LUXE AIS, we carefully inspect every order before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition.

Please note that we do not offer returns or cash refunds. However, eligible items may be exchanged in accordance with our Exchange Policy.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures or video of the product and your order details. Our team will review the issue and arrange an exchange where applicable.

Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund due to change of mind, personal preference, sizing choice, or any other reason.

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, certain jewellery items, including earrings and piercing jewellery, may not be eligible for exchange unless received damaged or defective.

Sale, discounted, customized, engraved, or personalized items are also non-returnable and non-refundable.

All eligible requests are subject to inspection and approval by the LUXE AIS team.
